This vacation home is suitable for larger families or couples traveling together. Living Room: The living room has high ceilings, a large flat-screen TV with articulating arms to adjust viewing angles, and a modern sectional couch perfect for a movie night. If board games are more to your liking, you’ll find all the classics such as Scrabble, Monopoly, and Uno! At night’s end, retire into the comforts of your private room.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Make all your meals in the fully equipped, updated kitchen. There are lovely granite countertops and an integrated breakfast bar with additional seating. From here, a large sliding door opens up the room to the spacious lanai and pool area. There is a smaller breakfast table off to the side with room for two.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom suite offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and large glass sliders that provide you with direct access to the pool and lanai area.  His and hers separate vanities and a lovely shower/ tub combination. There is ample closet space for your wardrobe and shopping treasures. 

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. The first features a cozy queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a quiet reading chair for you to be able to curl up with your favorite book. Lastly, there is a room perfectly suited for your children as it offers 1 twin bed with a trundle and 1 queen-sized bed. The guest rooms share the bathroom with a tub/shower combination and also serves as the pool bath as it has direct access to the spacious lanai and pool area. 

Pool/Lanai: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool. Villa Turquesa features a large saltwater electric-heated pool with Southern exposure for all-day sun!! While enjoying the tranquil atmosphere, relax or fire up the grill in the separate outside dining area and BBQ some great steaks for dinner and eat poolside. This area features plenty of outdoor furniture to entertain friends and family. You won’t even miss any of your favorite shows with the outdoor flat-screen TV with articulating arms to adjust viewing angles. You can also enjoy a wonderful bike ride and explore your neighborhood with the bicycles available for guest use.
